An Important Message for Our Clients Concerning COVID-19

Given the heightened concerns surrounding COVID-19, we are taking a number of precautionary measures to ensure we can continue to effectively operate, whilst minimising the risk to our staff, clients, families, friends and the wider community.

We have temporarily closed our office and team members are working from home until further notice. We have implemented the necessary capabilities to allow all of our staff to effectively work from home. We will continue to operate during usual business hours (9:00am to 5:30pm Mon - Fri).

If you wish to contact one of our team members regarding current or future work, please contact them directly via email or mobile phone.

Minimising face-to-face meetings, presentations and workshops
All business-related travels both domestic and international are cancelled/postponed unless absolutely necessary.

If you have upcoming face-to-face meetings, presentations or workshops scheduled, you will be contacted by the relevant team member to organise possible alternatives, which may include phone, email, online survey or video conferences.

Any meetings that are unable to be conducted via phone or video conference will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the most appropriate solution will be provided.

The above initiatives are effective immediately and indefinite until further notice. All staff remain contactable through email and phone. Project work will continue from home until staff return to the office.

UE appreciates your understanding during this time. We will monitor the situation on a daily basis and continue to take advice from the relevant authorities. We look forward to updating our clients as these initiatives change in the future.
