Mornington Peninsula Visitor Journey Research

Client: Mornington Peninsula Regional Tourism

Urban Enterprise provided a detailed research report which investigated the way people journey and experience the Mornington Peninsula.

The study drew on primary visitor research including intercept surveys across the region to provide an assessment of visitor activity. This project provided a key evidence base for the Frankston Tourism and Visitor Services Review with regard to visitor information needs and visitor demand.

This project is highly regarded in the tourism industry and many Regional Tourism Boards have expressed interest in pursuing similar studies in the future.
