Urban Enterprise has been engaged over a number of years by the landowner of a major urban renewal site in Fairfield to provide economic and property analysis regarding urban renewal opportunities. Urban Enterprise has provided a range of services including residential market assessment, retail and commercial demand assessments, development feasibility analysis and site design and layout input to optimise the mix of proposed commercial, retail, residential and hospitality uses. We are currently managing the site planning process for the landowners, including liaising with Council, managing technical consultants and co-ordinating the planning permit application.
