Kurt specialises in the fields of property economics, strategic planning, economic development and tourism.

Kurt draws on skills in research, market analysis, financial and economic modelling, consultation and project management.

He applies these capabilities to inform strategic land use plans, masterplans and development proposals, feasibility studies and business cases, economic development strategies, investment attraction and project evaluation.

Kurt takes a leading role in the preparation of economic impact and cost benefit assessments for development proposals, major infrastructure works, public realm improvements, tourist attractions and major events.

Kurt currently sits on the Victorian Committee for Economic Development Australia (EDA); the peak national body for economic development practitioners in Australia.
