Urban Enterprise Highlights Costs of Planning Delays

Urban Enterprise has undertaken a first-of-its-kind assessment of the impact to Victoria’s economy of delays in planning approval processes.

The report reviewed development activity, prices and trends in Melbourne’s growth areas over recent years, and assessed both the value of the development industry to the Victorian economy, and the impact of any time delays in the planning and approvals process.
