Feasibility Assessments for Development Proposals in Fishermans Bend

Urban Enterprise was engaged to undertake a financial feasibility assessment for a multi-level residential development proposed in Fisherman Bend's Montague Precinct. The viability of the development was assessed and the extent to which the viability was impacted if the mandatory provision for affordable housing as identified in the Fishermans Bend Framework Plan, was provided. To test the viability of the development proposal and the extent to which the viability was impacted, a discounted cash flow analysis was undertaken.
